How do I order glasses?
Browse the Shop, choose your frames, add them to your cart, and check out. You pay in cash when your order is delivered.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide. Karachi orders usually arrive in 1–2 days; Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta usually take 3–4 days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery — you pay when your order arrives.
Can I exchange frames?
Yes. We offer a 7-day easy exchange for unused frames in their original condition. Every frame also comes with a 1-year warranty. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 328 9695238 to arrange an exchange.
Do I need a prescription for prescription glasses?
Yes. Prescription glasses are made to your prescription. If you are unsure about your current prescription, try our free online eye test for a basic screening, or send a consultation enquiry.
Do you repair frames?
Yes — we offer frame adjustments and repairs by enquiry. Send us a message through our Contact Us page and tell us what happened to your frame.
